Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this position is accountable for providing administrative and sales functions that support all aspects of office and account management. The Sales Coordinator works closely with Sales, Marketing and Inside Sales to manage workflow within sales and between various departments. Work includes administrative and analytical duties with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism. This employee will interface with outside rep groups and key contacts within our industry including teams in our China global corporate office.

- Assist Sales Operations with any item maintenance and troubleshooting in Lowe’s systems
- Coordinate product information between teams in Nanjing, Atlanta, Naperville, Grand Rapids, and Canada
- Attend sales meetings with Lowe’s, when needed
- Train and lead others to achieve item Look-up
- Support Other Divisions of business in our office for Best Buy, FLEX & SKIL meetings
- Manage internal task completion and processing. Assist in preparing meeting presentation materials, price quotations, packaging coordination, information input and management, customer response, product training and/or other related tasks
Admin Office Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks and Office Management, including but not limited to managing network equipment, office supplies, and cleaning service
- Concur-Invoicing
- Manage any office or building maintenance with the Property Management Company
- Assist with coordinating Lowe’s Store Manager’s Meeting, store events, and other special events when asked
- Handle all inbound and outbound shipments for office, includes preparing domestic, international, and HAZMAT shipments
- Facilities-UPS Constellation system
- Assist in managing the office budget
FMM Support:
- Handle all inbound and outbound shipments for office, includes preparing domestic, international, and HAZMAT shipments

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Proven experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Knowledge of the power tool industry and/or manufacturing
- Self-motivated
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are critical
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and ability to organize workload
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Familiar with MS products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Retail business understanding
Supervisory Responsibility:
This is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports.
Travel:
This position will travel up to 10% domestically.
