About Our Opportunity

The Customer Service Representative will report directly to our Consumer Services Manager. The main focus of a Customer Service Representative is to provide support to customer inquiries based on knowledge about our products.  Our Customer Service Representatives must have the ability to provide an outstanding positive customer support experience to those who contact Chervon. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries in regards but not limited to:
    • Tech support;
    • Warranty claims;
    • Small parts orders;
    • General questions regarding product.
  • Returns testing;
  • Shipment processing from office;
  • Warranty registrations;
  • Input tracking information;
  • Return label processing. 

Job Requirements

  • Working knowledge with use of BMS, Sales Force and all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to multitask in a high call volume setting;
  • Exceptional knowledge of the products and services we provide;
  • Must be familiar with the retail accounts and Chervon services;
  • Willing to take initiative, ask questions and suggest improvements;
  • Possess a high level of competency as it relates to details and accuracy; 
  • Ability to work in high stress environments;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communications via phone, text and email;
  • Must be professional and have a “can do” attitude;
  • Must have the availability to work night and weekend hours if needed;
  • Must be able to adjust schedule on a week-by-week basis if needed.
